Hypochlorous Acid is a disinfectant that is up to 300 times more effective than bleach, yet non-toxic. Bacteria cannot develop resistance to it. Scientific testing has proved that it kills of every pathogen (virus, bacteria, fungus, mold, etc.) that it has been tested against. Dwell time efficacy is a function of HOCL concentration.
